Mr. Keo Sarath
Mr.Keo Sarath currently is Education Specialist of Save the Children which a place that he has been spends more than 20 years on education program through partnership with national and sub-national levels of Ministry of Education Youth and Sport.
At this moment, he is a candidate of Ph.D in education science. He has master degree of education science in 2008 and bachelor degree on education management in 2006. In addition, I have participated in many training such as leadership, management and education technique.
Jill (Kila) Reimer
Dr. Reimer has extensive knowledge of the primary education sector in Cambodia, having recently completed her doctoral research in this field. She has been working in various aspects of education in Cambodia for the past 10 years.
Ms. Mak Ravieng
Ms. Mak Ravieng currently is a President of Respect for Children; she graduated from University Health of Science in 2002. She was working for hospital then worked for RHAC Clinic.
Moreover, from 2007-2010, she was a vice president of CIFA/Co NGO. In 2009, she graduated as a specialist on Psychiatry.
Ms. Nathalie Dupont
Ms. Nathalie Dupont has two Master Degree in Economy/urban geography and European Affairs & lobbying. She is an expert in international development and particularly in the area of vocational training and youth employment. She is expert in project management, project evaluation and advocacy. She has extensive experience in NGO’s networks coordination, board roles and responsibilities.
After first involvements on the development sector in Somalia and Liberia, Nathalie has joined the French NGO CCFD Terre Solitaire as desk officer and West Africa. She was in charge of the strategic support to the projects and local implementing NGOs as well as supporting the structuration of African civil societies and the dialogue with their government. Youth professional integration, in urban and rural areas had been defined as the priority in the areas and a new regional network was set up with 20 NGOs. In 2010, Nathalie changed position to become the advocacy manager of the French NGO platform coordination SUD. For 5 years, she managed a team in charge of facilitating working groups and discussions with the government on funding SDG in the sectors of education, agriculture and health.
Mr. Kong Vichetra
He was working with Disability Action Council as Programme Coordinator and won a seat of NEP’s Board of Directors in 2005-2006. I was involved in supporting to establish the first Special Education Office in 1999 and worked closely in education to promote Inclusive Education for Children with Disabilities for more than 6 years since inclusive education in Cambodia was so new. I have been a board member, advisor and consultant with more than 15 years development and disability with DPOs, LNGOs and INGOs. I am confident that my knowledge and work experience would fit NEP Board. It is my utmost desire and working with different people to support education for all vulnerable children in Cambodia and the region. I have an extensive expertise in Human Resource Management which I have involved a lot in delivering trainings and have been working more with university students and young people with disabilities on promoting personal development and growth of leadership.
Mr. Heng Sieng
Mr. Heng Sieng earned his master Degree of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership and bachelor degree of art in Psychology from Royal University of Phnom Penh. He also earned as Associate Degree of Science in Aviation Pilot from Long Beach City College, USA
